1. How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 4-8 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

3. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size. We sometimes run promotions with free shipping offers.

4. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

5. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us at liglobuy@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

6. What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as items are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition. Some seasonal and clearance items may not be eligible.

7. Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, you can return your order (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and secure payment methods available at checkout.

9. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately at liglobuy@gmail.com. if you realize your address is incorrect. If the package has already shipped, we cannot change the address, and additional shipping charges may apply.

10. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in processing or shipping.
